This guide helps you select the correct condition so your online quote matches verification.

Note: Devices must have activation locks removed (iCloud/Google/MDM). Locked devices cannot be completed.
Quick Condition Levels
- Like New: Minimal or no signs of use, fully functional.
- Good: Light signs of use, fully functional.
- Fair: Visible wear or minor defects, but functional.
- Faulty / Not Working: Major issue(s) affecting function, or device does not power on.
1) Like New
Best for: Devices that look almost unused and work perfectly.
- Screen: No cracks, no deep scratches, no display defects.
- Body: No dents; very minor micro-scratches only (if any).
- Functionality: Everything works (touch, Face ID/Touch ID, cameras, speakers, mic, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
- Battery: Normal performance; no sudden shutdown or abnormal heating.
- Repairs: No major repair history or non-original parts detected during checks.
2) Good
Best for: Devices with small cosmetic marks but fully working.
- Screen: Light scratches are acceptable (not deep, not affecting visibility).
- Body: Minor scuffs or small marks; no heavy dents.
- Functionality: Fully working with no major functional issues.
- Battery: Reasonable performance for the age of the device.
3) Fair
Best for: Devices that work but show clear wear or minor defects.
- Screen: Noticeable scratches, small bright spots, minor discoloration, or small cracks that do not affect basic use
(if your flow allows “cracked screen” as a separate option, select it accurately). - Body: Visible scratches, paint wear, or small dents.
- Functionality: Generally works, but may have minor issues (e.g., weak battery, minor speaker distortion, minor button wear).
4) Faulty / Not Working
Best for: Devices with major functional issues or that do not power on.
- Examples: not turning on, boot loop, no network, dead ports, broken cameras, severe battery issues, major water damage, major screen damage, random restarts.
- Note: Faulty devices may still be eligible, but pricing depends heavily on verification and parts value.
What Can Reduce the Final Offer
- Cracked screen, deep scratches, or display defects (lines/black spots)
- Water damage indicators or corrosion
- Face ID/Touch ID not working
- Weak battery, overheating, or unexpected shutdown
- Non-original parts detected (screen/battery) or poor repair quality
- Missing components, severe dents, bent body
- Activation locks enabled (iCloud/Google/MDM) or IMEI/serial mismatch
How to Prepare for a Smooth Verification
- Back up your data.
- Sign out of iCloud/Google, disable Find My (Apple), and remove MDM/work profiles.
- Factory reset the device before final handover.
- Bring the charger/box/accessories if available (helps verification).
