These Terms apply when you use Kwik Buyback, request a valuation, arrange a pickup, visit our store, or sell a device to us in Kuwait.

Eligibility and ownership

• You must be at least 18 years old or act through a legally authorised adult.
• You must own the device or be authorised by its owner to sell it.
• We may request a valid Kuwait Civil ID, passport or other acceptable identity document at handover.

Quotes and inspection

Online prices are estimates based on the model, storage and condition you select. The final purchase value is confirmed after physical verification. If the verified condition differs, we may revise the offer and explain the reason. You may accept or decline the revised offer before payment.

Device eligibility

We may refuse devices that appear counterfeit, tampered with, activation-locked, reported lost/stolen, or otherwise unsuitable for purchase.

Payment and completion

Payment is made only after successful verification and acceptance of the final value. Once payment has been completed and the device has been handed over, the purchase transaction is final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Data and account locks

You are responsible for backing up your data and removing personal accounts and activation locks before handover. See our Data Wipe & Handover Checklist.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be handled through the competent authorities and courts in Kuwait.
