Before selling a PS5 in Kuwait, identify the exact console edition and what comes with it. A disc-capable console, a digital version and different generations of hardware should not be treated as interchangeable in a valuation. Check the model label and the items you intend to hand over.

Prepare a clear console description
- Full model or edition, including Slim or Pro where applicable.
- Disc-drive configuration and storage specification.
- Number of controllers and their condition.
- Cables, stand and other included items.
- Repairs, recurring errors, overheating or connection problems.

Test the controls as well as the console
Check that the console starts, displays an image and maintains a normal connection. Test controller buttons, triggers, charging and stick behaviour. Mention stick drift, weak battery life or a damaged HDMI connection. If a disc drive is present, tell Kwik whether it reads discs reliably.
Keep cosmetic wear separate from functional problems. If the device shuts down unexpectedly or has a fault, ask for a review instead of marking it fully working. Use the condition guide for the visible wear.
Back up your saves and remove personal data
Do not erase the console until you have preserved the data you want to keep. Follow PlayStation’s official transfer and disposal checklist for backup, account preparation and reset. Remove discs and external items you intend to retain. Keep your account credentials private; the sale should describe the hardware and included accessories, not promise access to your personal gaming account.
Be specific about extra storage and games
Say whether any additional storage or physical games are included, and agree their treatment before the final offer. Do not assume they add a fixed amount. If you plan to retain an installed expansion drive, follow the manufacturer’s handling instructions before removal.
New sealed console or used console?
Keep a sealed unit unopened while asking for its model’s estimate. If you have opened or used it, select a suitable condition and describe that history. At handover, bring the agreed components and confirm the final inspected offer and payment arrangement. For several devices, send a bulk list rather than combining different models into one quote.
