These Buyback Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kwik Buyback website and services.
Kwik Buyback is a buyback-only platform. We do not sell products on this website.
1) Business Information
Kwik Buyback is operated by Kuwait Forever Company for Communications Devices and Accessories Co.
(“Operator”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Definitions
- Device: Any eligible mobile phone, tablet (including iPad), laptop (including MacBook), smartwatch, or other category we accept.
- Quote: An estimated offer generated based on the details you provide online.
- Verification: Inspection/testing of the Device (and its details) at our store or during doorstep pickup.
- Final Offer: The confirmed buyback price after Verification.
3) Scope of Service
We provide a service to purchase devices from customers after Verification.
Any Quote shown online is an estimate and is not a guaranteed final price.
4) Eligibility & Seller Requirements
By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the Device or are authorized to sell it.
- The Device is not lost, stolen, or linked to any fraud, and is not subject to unlawful restrictions.
- All activation locks are removed before handover (e.g., iCloud/Find My, Google/FRP, device management/MDM, carrier locks where applicable).
- You will provide accurate information about model, storage, condition, and functionality.
- You are at least 18 years old or are completing the transaction with a legal guardian.
5) Quotes, Validity, and Price Changes
- Quotes are based on the information you submit and market/stock conditions.
- A Quote may change if the Device condition differs from the selected condition, if details are inaccurate, or if Verification identifies issues.
- We may revise the offer (Final Offer). You may accept or decline the Final Offer.
- If you decline the Final Offer, no sale will be completed.
6) Verification Process (Store Visit / Doorstep Pickup)
During Verification, we may check (as applicable):
- Model, storage, and region/variant details
- IMEI/Serial number matching and authenticity checks
- Screen condition, body condition, and signs of repair
- Battery health/performance indicators (where available)
- Camera, speakers, microphones, buttons, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, sensors
- Water damage indicators and device functionality
- Presence of activation locks (iCloud/Google/MDM)
7) Rejection Criteria
We may reject a Device and cancel the transaction if:
- The Device is counterfeit or has mismatched identifiers.
- The Device is reported lost/stolen or we reasonably suspect unlawful ownership.
- Activation locks remain enabled or the Device cannot be verified.
- The Device condition is materially different from what was stated.
- The Device fails functional testing beyond the chosen condition category.
8) Payment
- Payment is made only after Verification and your acceptance of the Final Offer.
- Payment method will be completed via an agreed method available at the time of transaction (e.g., cash or approved electronic method, where applicable).
- No payment is due if you decline the Final Offer or if the Device is rejected.
9) Data, Privacy, and Device Preparation
- You are responsible for backing up your data and removing all personal accounts before handover.
- We strongly recommend signing out of iCloud/Google accounts and performing a factory reset before final handover.
- We are not responsible for personal data left on the Device.
- We may collect and process personal data for fulfilling the buyback request (contact details, device details, pickup information) as described in our Privacy Policy.
10) Ownership & ID Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may request Civil ID and/or proof of ownership at handover.
Refusal to provide required verification may result in rejection of the transaction.
11) Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Appointments for doorstep pickup/store visit are subject to availability.
- If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.
- Repeated no-shows or cancellations may limit future booking availability.
12) Transfer of Device
The sale is completed only after Verification, your acceptance of the Final Offer, and completion of payment.
Upon completion, you transfer all rights, title, and interest in the Device to the Operator.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses,
including loss of data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Device under the completed transaction.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be handled through competent courts in Kuwait, as applicable.
