Do you sell devices on this website?

No. Kwik Buyback is a buyback-only platform. We purchase devices from customers after verification. We do not sell products on this website.

What devices do you buy?

We buy mobiles (iPhone & Android), iPads/tablets, MacBooks/laptops, and smartwatches (Apple Watch, Huawei, and more), subject to eligibility and verification.

Do you buy new/sealed items or unwanted gifts?

Yes. We buy new/sealed devices and unwanted gifts, as well as used devices in good condition. Final pricing depends on verification.

Do you cover all areas in Kuwait?

Yes. Our service area is All Kuwait. You can choose doorstep pickup or store visit in Farwaniya.

What are your working hours?

We operate daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Pricing & Verification

Is the online quote final?

No. The online quote is an estimate based on the details you provide. The final offer is confirmed after device verification (store visit or doorstep pickup).

Why did my final offer change?

The offer can change if the device condition differs from what was selected, if there is functional damage, if the storage/model is different, or if verification identifies issues (e.g., water damage indicators, screen replacement, battery issues, etc.). You can accept or decline the final offer.

What do you check during verification?

We verify model/storage, cosmetic condition, basic functionality (screen, buttons, camera, speakers, ports, connectivity), and identifiers such as IMEI/serial (where applicable). We also confirm that activation locks are removed (iCloud/Google/MDM).

What happens if I decline the final offer?

No problem. If you decline the final offer, the buyback is not completed.

Can you reject a device?

Yes. We may reject devices that are counterfeit, have mismatched identifiers, are locked (iCloud/Google/MDM), are suspected lost/stolen, or fail verification beyond the chosen condition category.

Payments

How do you pay?

Payment is made after verification and acceptance of the final offer. We support Cash, KNET, Bank Transfer, and WAMD (subject to availability and transaction requirements).

Do I get paid immediately?

Yes. Once the device is verified and you accept the final offer, we complete the buyback and arrange instant payment as per the agreed method.

Doorstep Pickup & Store Visit

Can you visit my home to buy the device?

Yes. Choose doorstep pickup anywhere in Kuwait. Our team verifies the device at your location and finalizes the buyback after confirmation.

What should I bring for a store visit?

Bring your device and, if available, the charger and box/accessories. Make sure you can unlock the device and remove iCloud/Google locks before handover.

Can I reschedule a pickup/appointment?

Yes. Please message us on WhatsApp or email us as early as possible to reschedule.

Ownership, Civil ID & Data

Do you require Civil ID?

We may request Civil ID and/or proof of ownership during handover to prevent fraud and protect customers. This can be required for certain or all transactions based on verification needs.

Do you store Civil ID photos?

Yes, when captured, Civil ID photos are stored in an access-controlled secure folder for up to 60 days, then deleted (unless required longer for legal or dispute/fraud investigation purposes).

What should I do with my data before selling?

Back up your data, sign out of iCloud/Google accounts, disable Find My (Apple), remove any MDM profiles, and factory reset the device before final handover.

Do you accept devices with iCloud/Google lock?

No. Devices must have all activation locks removed before the buyback can be completed.
