How the Kwik Process Works

  1. Get a quote: Select your device and condition to view an estimated offer.
  2. Choose your method: Schedule a doorstep pickup anywhere in Kuwait or visit our Farwaniya store.
  3. Device verification: Our team checks key items such as model/storage, cosmetic condition, functional tests, and IMEI/serial (where applicable), and ensures activation locks are removed.
  4. Final confirmation & payment: Once the device passes verification and the final offer is accepted, we complete the buyback with instant payment.

This process protects both sides: customers receive a fair and consistent evaluation, and we ensure the device details match the request.

Trust, Safety, and Verification

We take trust seriously because buyback transactions require confidence. During handover, we may request proof of ownership and, when needed, Civil ID verification to prevent fraud and protect customers. To make the process smooth, we recommend customers:

  • Back up important data before handover
  • Sign out of iCloud/Google accounts
  • Remove all activation locks
  • Erase content and settings (factory reset) before final handover
