Civil ID photos may be captured and stored in an access-controlled secure folder for up to 60 days, then deleted
(unless a longer retention is required by law or for dispute/fraud investigation). - Payment and payout details (where applicable): information necessary to complete a payout via Cash, KNET, Bank Transfer, or WAMD.
If Bank Transfer is used, we may collect bank account details needed to process the transfer. - Communications: messages you send via forms, email, or WhatsApp and our replies.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP (where available).
