Payout & Payments Policy

This policy explains how and when Kwik Buyback pays customers for eligible devices in Kuwait.
We buy devices. We do not sell products on this website.


1) When You Get Paid

Payment is made only after:
(a) device verification is completed, and
(b) you accept the Final Offer.

If you decline the Final Offer, or if the device fails verification, no payment is due and the buyback will not be completed.

2) Supported Payment Methods

We support the following payout methods (subject to availability and transaction requirements):

  • Cash
  • KNET
  • Bank Transfer
  • WAMD

The available method for your transaction may depend on device value, verification outcome, and operational factors.
Our team will confirm the payout method at handover.

3) Instant Payment

Once verification is completed and you accept the Final Offer, we arrange instant payment using the agreed method.
In rare cases (for example, bank processing timelines), the transfer may reflect after the standard banking/processing time.

4) Bank Transfer Details (If Selected)

If Bank Transfer is used, we may request the minimum details required to complete the transfer, such as:

  • Account holder name
  • Bank name
  • Account number / IBAN (as applicable)
  • Any required reference information

Please ensure the provided details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank information provided by the customer.

5) KNET / WAMD Details (If Selected)

If KNET or WAMD is used, we may request information necessary to complete the payment through the relevant channel.
The exact steps may differ depending on the provider and transaction requirements.

6) Verification and Payout Conditions

To proceed with payment, the device must meet verification requirements, including:

  • Model/storage matching your request
  • Functional testing consistent with the selected condition
  • No unresolved activation locks (iCloud/Google/MDM must be removed)
  • IMEI/serial checks (where applicable) and authenticity confirmation
  • Ownership/ID verification where required (Civil ID may be requested)

7) Civil ID / Ownership Verification (When Required)

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may request Civil ID and/or proof of ownership at handover. If required verification
is not provided, the transaction may be rejected and no payment will be made.

8) Cancellations and No-Shows

  • You may reschedule by contacting us as early as possible.
  • If you cancel after scheduling, there is no charge, but repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.
  • No payment is made unless verification is completed and the Final Offer is accepted.

9) Refunds

Because Kwik Buyback is a purchase service (we buy devices from customers), typical “refunds” do not apply in the same way as retail sales.
If a payment issue occurs (duplicate payment, incorrect amount due to an error), we will investigate and correct it as appropriate.

10) Disputes

If you have a dispute related to payout amount or method, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email with your Request ID.
We will review verification notes and transaction records to resolve the issue.
